    Before you arrive

    What is the check-in time?
    Rooms are available from 2:00 PM. We look forward to welcoming you and completing registration at the property by 5:00 PM.

    What is the check-out time?
    The room must be vacated by 11:00 AM.

    Can I request a late check-out?
    Yes, late check-out can be requested subject to availability, with a supplement.

    Can I arrive at the property before the scheduled check-in time?
    Yes, please let us know when booking or the day before your arrival. We will be happy to store your luggage free of charge until your check-in time.

    Where can I park my car?
    Our property can be reached by car to drop off luggage, but we do not have a parking lot. If needed, we can recommend partner parking facilities.

    Can I leave my luggage in storage after check-out?
    Of course. We offer free luggage storage after check-out to all our guests.

    Is there a reception at Duomo Luxury Florence?
    Yes, Duomo Luxury Florence has a reception service available from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

    What amenities are available in the rooms?
    All rooms include air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, minibar, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, courtesy set, hair dryer, safe, iron and ironing board (on request), and crib (on request).

    Are cribs and cots available for children?
    Yes, they are available upon request and subject to availability.

    How often is housekeeping done?
    Rooms are tidied daily.

    Do you have rooms accessible for guests with disabilities?
    No, unfortunately our property is not equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities.

    Do you have smoking rooms?
    No, smoking rooms are not available.

    Bookings and payments

    What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro/JCB/Amex), debit cards, as well as cash and advance bank transfers.

    What happens if I cancel my reservation beyond the allowed deadline?
    In this case, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

    What is the amount of the city tax?
    The city tax is €6.00 per person per night (children under 12 are exempt). It must be paid at check-in.

    Where are we located?
    Duomo Luxury Florence is located in the heart of Florence's historic center, facing the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery of San Giovanni, and Giotto's bell tower, 950 meters from the train station and 30 meters from the taxi stand.

    How to reach us

    By car:
    We suggest taking the Florence Sud exit from the A1 highway. Please contact us for directions to nearby parking.

    By train:
    Arrive at Santa Maria Novella station. Duomo Luxury Florence can be reached on foot (959 m) or by taxi. The taxi stand is located 30 meters from the property.

    By air:
    Arrive at Florence Airport – Peretola, 5 km away. From here you can reach us by car (see directions above) or by taxi.
